The APF is hosting a free family event at Mill Lake park on September 12. “Celebrating our Community” presented by Mayne Inc. is an opportunity for the police to come together with members of the community in a fun way. The Abbotsford Police Department will be onsite, showcasing some of the tools used to keep us safe.
“We are thrilled to host an in-person event for our community,” says APF President Kevin Boonstra. “The past 18 months have been a challenge for all of us. This event is a way for us to say thank you for fantastic support of the Abbotsford community.”
Highlights of the event include performances by The Great Gordini and Ever After Character Company. There will also be an opportunity to tour a police cruiser and meet some of our favourite furry four-legged crime fighters.

There will be food trucks onsite as well as a pop-up vaccine clinic, hosted by Fraser Health. Country 107.1FM will be broadcasting live from the event.
